Before you start

Eligible homes include single-family homes and townhomes with city garbage and/or Blue Box service, plus multi-family complexes with city garbage collection. Some condos, apartments and multi-family complexes are exempt. Confirm your building’s service status instead of assuming every Richmond address qualifies.

Sierra confirms the collection date and number. For a centralized building service, use the location it specifies. Keep the sidewalk clear and list the actual items when booking. One reasonable-sized box or bundle of small household goods counts as one item.
