Your day-to-day will bridge operations and client relations - ranging from resolving client inquiries regarding products, payments, and transactions, to managing complex settlements and preparing key operational reports. This position is highly suited for a proactive self-starter with exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a genuine passion for learning how a fast-paced fintech business operates
This is a full-time, permanent opportunity, hybrid out of our Downtown, Vancouver office.
The successful candidate will complete training on a Monday to Friday schedule during their first few months. Upon completion of training, the role will transition to a regular Saturday to Wednesday schedule, including weekend and statutory holiday coverage as assigned.
