SiteTalent is a specialized talent partner for the industrial sector. We recruit, retain, develop and grow exceptional talent in the construction, manufacturing, and resource sectors.
We have an opening for a Talent Specialist to join our Abbotsford team. This role drives high-volume sourcing, outreach, and early-stage candidate engagement across active client searches, from first contact through screening and interview coordination, and delivers well-prepared candidate submissions that keep every search moving forward.
So what kind of person fits the role? Someone who’s energized by a full day of conversations and just as disciplined about the follow-through behind them. A person who can work quickly and at volume but never treats a candidate like a number, giving everyone a professional, positive experience regardless of outcome. Someone who’s motivated by clear targets and sees every search as a chance to sharpen their instincts for finding the right fit.
