We're looking for someone who can confidently speak with clients and candidates, build relationships, drive searches, and take complete ownership of their desk.
This isn't corporate Talent Acquisition. This is search, sales, and consulting!
You'll work directly alongside our leadership team, helping ambitious companies across Canada and the United States make some of their most important hires.

What You'll Be Doing
You'll own recruitment searches from kickoff through placement, managing clients, candidates, and everything in between.
- Source, headhunt, screen, and engage exceptional candidates.
- Speak with candidates and clients daily. You need to be excellent on the phone.
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers, executives, and passive talent.
- Run client meetings, manage expectations, and provide market intelligence.
- Drive interview processes, follow-ups, feedback, offers, and negotiations.
- Build and manage pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, AI, automation, and modern sourcing technology.
- Manage multiple searches simultaneously while keeping everything organized.
- Take ownership of your desk, your relationships, and your results.
Ultimately: find great people, build great relationships, and get hires made.
Who We're Looking For....
We care more about your attitude, ability, and work ethic than the logo on your résumé.
You might come from recruitment, executive search, staffing, sales, account management, or another relationship-driven environment.
Ideally, you have 2–5+ years of relevant experience, but hunger and execution matter more.
