We’re working with a profitable, growing consumer platform in the natural and sustainable products space to hire a Head of Consumer Growth / Product Growth.
The company has built a community of 1.2M+ shoppers, generated 3.8M+ product reviews, and works with 600+ consumer brands.
This is a newly created role owning the consumer journey end-to-end - activation, retention, engagement, referral, lifecycle and product-led growth.
The goal: turn a large existing audience into a highly engaged community that comes back, reviews, refers and repeats.
What You’ll Own
- The Shopper Flywheel: Consumer growth across activation, retention, engagement and referral
- Product-led growth and experimentation
- Shopper-facing product roadmap and UX improvements
- Organic growth across community, referral, lifecycle, SEO and partnerships
- Growth analytics, funnel performance and testing
- Gamification, rewards and engagement mechanics
- A small team, budget and significant autonomy
- Close partnership with the CEO, CTO, Product and Engineering
The role is very hands-on. You’ll be expected to get into the data, form hypotheses, prototype ideas, run tests and help ship improvements.
What They’re Looking For
- 7+ years across consumer growth, product growth, lifecycle, marketplaces, loyalty, community or e-commerce
- Strong product and UX instincts
- Highly analytical and comfortable working directly with funnel data
- Experience building organic, product-led or referral growth
- Strong experimentation mindset
- AI experience and comfortable using AI to move faster
- Able to balance strategy with hands-on execution
- Experience operating in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment
The sweet spot is someone senior enough to set the agenda, but still close enough to the work to build it.
This is a high-ownership role with real influence over growth, product and the future consumer experience.
