The Role
Reporting to the VP, Advisory, the Senior Business Analyst will play a key role in delivering Red Pill Labs’ technology advisory engagements. Working across multiple clients, industries, and technology initiatives, you will lead business analysis activities that help clients understand their current environment, define their requirements, evaluate options, and make informed technology and process decisions.
This is a client-facing consulting role for an experienced Business Analyst who can independently facilitate stakeholders, structure ambiguous information, develop practical recommendations, and produce high-quality, decision-ready deliverables.
What You’ll Do
- Support the Project Manager in
- Lead business analysis activities within software selection and technology advisory engagements, including market research, RFP development, vendor evaluation, demonstrations, and fit-gap analysis.
- Lead business analysis activities within technology implementation and optimization projects, including requirements validation, traceability, testing, readiness, and stakeholder coordination.
- Facilitate timely, informed decision-making among internal and client stakeholders while maintaining alignment with project scope and objectives.
- Plan and manage assigned business analysis activities, deliverables, dependencies, and stakeholder inputs in coordination with the Project Manager.
- Coach junior analysts and review their deliverables to support consistent quality across client engagements.
- Challenge assumptions constructively and help stakeholders distinguish underlying business needs from proposed process or technology solutions.
Who You Are
- Five (5) or more years of business analysis, technology advisory, or business transformation experience, preferably in a consulting or client-facing environment.
- Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field (or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience).
- Strong analytical, structured problem-solving, critical-thinking, and business systems analysis skills.
- Experience with ERP, CRM, HCM, WMS, field-service, or other enterprise technology selection and implementation projects is preferred.
- Demonstrated client-facing experience, including workshop facilitation, stakeholder communication, report writing, presentation development, and translating ambiguous information into structured recommendations.
- Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment demonstrating teamwork, innovation, and excellence.
- Self-motivated, decisive, with the ability to adapt to change and competing demands.

Pay: $70,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
