About CRAFT Living
CRAFT Living Inc. is a hardwood flooring manufacturer headquartered in Burnaby, BC. We combine thoughtful design, innovation, and performance to create beautiful flooring solutions. Our marketing team collaborates with Sales, Operations, creative partners, and retailers across Canada and the United States.
The Opportunity
We are looking for an organized, curious, and hands-on Marketing Digital Coordinator to support the day-to-day delivery of marketing across our three brands. This is a six-month, full-time contract in-office role based in Burnaby, BC, created to provide coverage during a busy period for the department. The successful candidate will keep campaigns moving, product and sales information accurate, e-communications and website content up to date, and marketing performance clearly measured.
This is a hands-on role for a marketer who can move comfortably between digital execution, analytics and project coordination. You will work with the Marketing Manager and Senior Creative Designer, and collaborate with Sales, Operations, the social media manager, external agencies, retailers and other partners. You will also help improve workflows and take on additional projects as priorities evolve.

· Own day-to-day HubSpot execution for external e-communications, including segmented newsletters, dealer and customer campaigns, list management, proofing, scheduling, deployment and performance reporting.
· Update and maintain website content in WordPress, including landing pages, product information, imagery and downloads; check links, copy, forms and basic on-page SEO before publication.
Research and Reporting
· Maintain marketing project trackers, timelines, approvals, and documentation to ensure projects stay organized and on schedule.
· Monitor and report on website, email, and social media performance, identifying trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement. Conduct competitor and market research as needed.

· A degree or diploma in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience), with 2–5 years of professional marketing experience and strong organizational, communication, and project coordination skills.
· Hands-on experience with HubSpot or equivalent for email marketing, campaign management, segmentation, and reporting.
· Working knowledge of WordPress for website content updates and maintenance.
· Comfortable working with marketing data, spreadsheets, and performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities.
