Support Campaigns That Get Noticed

Marketing takes a combination of fresh ideas, good organisation, and consistent follow-through. We're looking for a Marketing Assistant in Vancouver, BC to support campaign activities, prepare promotional materials, and help the marketing team keep projects moving on schedule.

This role is a good fit for someone who enjoys variety, communicates well, and likes seeing ideas develop into finished campaigns. You'll help coordinate marketing tasks, organise content, gather research, and support the day-to-day work that keeps promotional activities on track.

What You'll Do

Assist with preparing marketing materials, presentations, and promotional content.
Help coordinate campaign schedules, deadlines, and outstanding tasks.
Research customer interests, industry developments, and competitor activity.
Support content preparation for social media, email campaigns, and other digital channels.
Update marketing calendars, spreadsheets, contact lists, and campaign records.
Coordinate with internal teams to collect information and prepare campaign materials.
Review documents and promotional content for accuracy and consistency.
Help organise promotional activities, meetings, and marketing projects.
Gather campaign information and assist with preparing basic performance reports.
Track project progress and follow up on outstanding approvals or deliverables.
Provide general administrative support to the marketing team.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is organised, curious, and comfortable managing several tasks while maintaining attention to detail.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Good organisation and time-management abilities.
An interest in marketing, advertising, communications, or brand development.
Comfortable using email, spreadsheets, presentations, and standard office software.
Ability to follow instructions, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
A proactive attitude and willingness to contribute ideas.
Ability to work independently while supporting a wider team.
Previous experience in marketing, administration, retail promotions, or a related role is an asset, but not essential.

If you're ready to build your marketing experience, support creative projects, and contribute to campaigns from planning through delivery, we'd like to hear from you.

Apply today to be considered for the Marketing Assistant position in Vancouver, BC.

We are an equal opportunity employer and consider qualified applicants in accordance with applicable law.
