What you'll be responsible for:
- Leading and mentoring a small corporate accounting team
- Managing consolidated financial reporting and quarterly/year-end processes
- Coordinating audit and assurance activities
- Overseeing corporate cash flow forecasting
- Driving process improvements, automation, and reporting efficiencies
- Partnering with senior leadership on finance-related initiatives and projects
We're interested in speaking with candidates who have:
- CPA designation and ideally a public practice foundation
- Progressive accounting and financial reporting experience
- Consolidation experience and strong ASPE knowledge
- Prior leadership, mentorship, or supervisory experience
- A continuous improvement mindset and interest in leveraging technology to enhance finance processes
