As a Manager, you bring your CPA designation and extensive expertise in assurance, compilation<u>, tax </u>and consulting services, coupled with strong leadership capabilities<u> </u>as proven by leading a team. tab-stops: list .5in;">Provide ongoing coaching, mentorship, feedback, and performance evaluations to support team members’ development.</li><li>Monitor team workload and engagement budgets to ensure effective resource allocation and timely completion of deliverables.</li><li class="MsoNormal" style="mso-list: l9 level1 lfo1; tab-stops: list .5in;">Oversee the preparation and review of financial statements in compliance with CAS, GAAP, ASNPO, ASPE and PSAS.</li><li class="MsoNormal" style="mso-list: l9 level1 lfo1; tab-stops: list .5in;">Guide the team in addressing complex accounting and assurance issues, ensuring practical and client-focused solutions. </li><li class="MsoNormal" style="mso-list: l9 level1 lfo1; tab-stops: list .5in;">CPA designation.</li><li class="MsoNormal" style="mso-list: l2 level1 lfo2; tab-stops: list .5in;">A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in public practice, including at a manager level.</li><li class="MsoNormal" style="mso-list: l2 level1 lfo2; tab-stops: list .5in;">Strong technical knowledge of CAS, GAAP, ASNPO, ASPE and PSAS with practical experience in Caseware and financial reporting tools.</li><li class="MsoNormal" style="mso-list: l2 level1 lfo2; tab-stops: list .5in;">Proven ability to lead and manage multiple engagements effectively, balancing client expectations and team deliverables.</li><li class="MsoNormal" style="mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1;
