THE TEAM
The mission of the Food & Beverage Department is to surprise and delight our guests with Everyday Luxury food and beverage experiences. Building loyalty with existing clients and employees, while attracting new.

Aritzia is growing and our Food & Beverage team is growing with it. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the team responsible for curating and providing a world-class Commissary program to Aritzia employees and guests. As the Service Associate, Internal Restaurant, you will support with delivering extraordinary experiences by managing transactions, services, and the service counter to create memorable moments for our People. THE ROLE
As the Seasonal Service Associate, you will lead the team to:
- Connect with Aritzia employees & guests, creating an engaging and welcoming experience with each visit from welcome and departure.
- Provide an exceptional dining experience, that is timely and seamless.
- Deliver a best-in-class beverage selection and service.
- Deliver a seamless and operationally invisible experience.
THE QUALIFICATIONS
The Seasonal Service Associate has:
- Proven skills and/or experience in Food & Beverage/Hospitality.
- The passion for providing world-class client service and building long lasting client relationships.
- An aspirational sense of individual style.
- An understanding of Aritzia’s brand vision and style fundamentals with a focus on trends and cultural influences.
- An understanding and a passion for the industry in which we operate.
- The desire to thrive on a high-performance team.
- A commitment to learn and apply Aritzia's Values and Business and People Leadership principles.
- The ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners.
- A commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business.
THE LOGISTICS
As a Seasonal Service Associate, you can:
- Commit to a fixed term contract through mid-February 2027*.
- Work a minimum of 24 hours per week (up to 40 hours per week also available).
- Work up to 32 hours per week during our peak sales periods (Nov. 16 to Nov. 29, Dec. 14 to Jan. 10).
- Work evenings and weekends.
THE COMPENSATION
The typical hiring range for this position is $20 - $40 CAD/hour. The final agreed upon wage may vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills and experience.
