Original job description

Tucked into Vancouver’s Railtown neighbourhood, Ask for Luigi is a Michelin-recommended restaurant known for its handmade pasta, thoughtful Italian-inspired cooking, and warm, lively atmosphere. Our name comes from a story - the kind Italians love to share over a good meal. A friend of a friend tells you, “When you go there, you have to ask for Luigi.” And when you do, you're welcomed like family. It's a simple idea that's been part of who we are since day one: great food, genuine hospitality, and making people feel at home.

We’re looking for an experienced Chef de Cuisine to lead our talented kitchen team and build on everything that makes Ask for Luigi special. We’re looking for someone who is passionate about great ingredients, creative cooking, and bringing out the best in their team. You’ll have the opportunity to contribute fresh ideas, develop seasonal menus, and work alongside a dedicated team that takes pride in what they do.
